Judy shares how she spent a lot of years feeling unhappy, unhealthy, and unworthy. She began to evolve when she started to realize that happiness is elusive. She realized we’re not supposed to be happy all the time, and that happiness is part of a journey, a process, and ultimately it’s our choice of how we experience happiness.
